1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
    👉 This is standard across Indian fashion sites where most allow 5–7 days return window

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Product should be in resalable condition
  • Invoice/receipt must be provided

❌ Returns will be rejected if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Tags are removed
  • Item is returned in poor condition

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns / exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size/fit issues
  • Damaged or defective product

⚠️ Slight color variation due to screen settings is not considered a defect (common industry policy)


4. Exchange Policy

  • Free size exchange (subject to stock availability)
  • Only one exchange allowed per order
  • If requested size is unavailable, customer may choose:
    • Store credit, or
    • Alternative product of same value

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for defective or wrong products
  • Refunds are not applicable for size issues or change of mind
  • In special cases, if approved:
    • A ₹100–₹150 reverse pickup fee may be deducted (industry standard)

Refund Process:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–10 working days after quality check
  • Amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank account (for COD orders)

6. Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (serviceable areas only)
  • If pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship
  • Ensure safe packaging to avoid transit damage

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers
  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original tags
  • Customized or altered products

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

9. Important Notes

  • Exchange/return allowed once per order only
  • Company reserves the right to reject returns after inspection
  • Customers should not accept damaged packages at delivery
